I also have dizziness as a predominant anxiety symptom. It really is miserable because for me, it makes things feel more out of control than they already do in regards to my anxiety!
Since you have had this in the past, you can probably assume that it is the old anxiety coming back with a 'favorite' symptom...but since you are pregnant, just to be on the safe side...I would check in with your OB.
Blood pressure (low or high) can be the cause of dizziness, as can something as simple as dehydration, so it makes sense to at least give your dr.'s office a call and let them decide if they would like to see you.
I am sure that you will be fine...start right away with some breathing and relaxation exercises (especially focusing on slow/deep breathing) and see if that helps.:)
