So I have had this anxiety for a while of being in crowded places (a cinema, presentation etc.) and worrying about
the exits. I need to sit on the aisle seats, I worry that people will wonder why I leave If i start feeling panicky-not everyone is so understanding of these kind of problems
However I know that this is something I'd really like to work on, as I am going to university in September I need to get used to big crowded lecture rooms. I picture it nearly everyday getting in there then panicking and being the only one to leave, looking very odd.
Has anyone got any advice? I am thinking of going to the doctors however I am very reluctant to take medication. I have used Bachs rescue remedy and that works okay.
