i just walked fast for 25 minutes - an hour after exercise my hr is still 95. mind you, i'm anxious about
missing my little boy and my older son is joining the army reserves soon he told me last night but i also overate before i exercised. it made my workout horrible. i just feel bloated bad.
here is what i ate:
leftover chick fil-a chicken noodle soup (small amount) but a bunch of crackers with butter;
hamburger patty (no bread);
then a cup of captain crunch cereal; and about 5 whole dates.
omg i can't get rid of that bloated feeling. i took some gas pills but see they expire in 2008. guess they don't work. ughhhhh
anyone ever get this feeling? can it make your hr up? maybe i'm just stressed.
