You could have sore thoratic muscles from unconsciously over/shallow breathing. Often times we are hyperventilating with out ever being aware.
This could also account for the achey legs...do they feel like you have just gone running and they're 'heavy'? This could be that the muscles are oxygen deprived from not breathing effectively. It could also just be tension and fatigue...all thanks to, you guessed it, anxiety.
Do you pratice breathing exercises? If not, then you may want to start...if you already do, keep it up and maybe add some extra time in the day fo more.:)
