Anxiety causing pain burning sensation in back and kidneys

i have this problem for years now it comes and go.sometimes it stays for a month sometime less i have done multiple blood tests urine tests ultra sounds all are clear no stones everything fine but the burning pain still remains what can i do?i was have a uti 1 month ago and i have done 3 urine tests and blood test since it healed everything is normal but i am afraid that my kidneys are damaged and i am going to die.btw i have started clonazepam for on week now 0.5 mg 3 times a day and i am feeling like a zombie is this natural and it will pass by time?also the doctors say i cant take blood tests every time i feel sick is not natural and if my kidneys had problem ore something else i would have die 100 times until now.please tell me i am not alone in this

I think anxiety can make any muscle group knot up. Have you tried getting a massage? I'm lucky, my bf has taken massage classes so I don't have to pay. And with severe anxiety and fibromyalgia I keep him busy.

i ask my little nephew to step on me lol.i am sitting almost all day and i thing i have cause a problem to my back

Chronis tension is probably to blame. I carry mine in my shoulders, but it can be different for everyone. Also, there is often referred pain...pain felt at a different place than the orginal source...so who knows, your pain could be originating somewhere else, but you are feeling it in your lower back.

Can you possibly see a chiropractor? Have you tried theraputic stretching or yoga? These would all be good options if they are available to you.:)

I hope that you feel better soon...chronic back pain is not fun!

when i touch my lower back it hurts a lot like burning also the pain sometimes go to my right leg and my legs feel weak.yesterday i apply heating pad in my back and kidneys area and i was feel good so it must be muscle or nerve pain?i will buy another tomorrow to see if it works and for the rest of the week.

urinalysis test perfectly normal no fever no vomiting no uti no kidney stones blood test normal what is wrong with me?i am sick and tired to run to hospitals and doctors and do test after test i had enough if i am going to die so be it....god help me.

get checked for lyme disease ... list of symptoms is long.. and yours are on there.

i went to the doctor today again i said i wont but my anxiety is stronger than me.he make me some more blood test and an urine culture again!!my anxiety right now is over the top i am trembling and shaking the results will be ready tomorrow but i cant wait i fear the worst what if i have this what if have that?wish me luck i think i am going nuts.

wish you all the luck, i am sure ur results will come normal. its the same story with me for past 4 years and am still here writing this post. Anxiety is not in the body its in the head, the more you think the more it bothers, the day you will start enjoying it, it will start leaving you. believe me try having fun with symptoms it will start going away.....all the best...

i speak with the doctor and he says some results are ready everything is good only my esr is 56 he says is nothing alone and dont worry about it

Many of the numbers on the CBC tests can present as out of range...if there is a single number such as yours that is high/low...it is often not indicative of anything being wrong.

What doctors are often looking at is the big picture. There are certain groups or combinations of numbers that they are looking for when diagnosing something...so when he says it means nothing on its own...then you are okay.:)

Choose to trust your doctor and feel good about this!

i will wait for the others test tomorrow.i speak with a doctor and i told him that i had an uti 3 weeks ago and he tell me that is very likely my esr was high because of it

yes he is correct any type of infection causes elevated ESR even a simple flu....i have tried everything including omega3,falkseeds everything....its all mind game if u think that by taking omega 3 i will be fine that means your mind will send message bcos u r taking omega3 you should feel good and you will start feeling good. the mind(you) start looking for support in some thing it might be a medicine or reading or just a long walk, bottom line ur brain should start sending positive messages....
