The trouble is this darn anxiety tells us to listen to the negative/scary stuff, instead of the positive/rational input!
Ask yourself this question:
'Am I going to listen to some random information from somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about...or am I going to choose to trust and listen to my cardiologist who went to school/specialized for 10 yrs and is not about to let me out of his/her sight if he/she thought for a minute that I was at risk for anything!'
When you get down, scared and start to doubt, keep asking yourself this.
Doing your meditation, relaxation and breathing exericses will reduce your symptoms if you are cosistent. 15-20 minutes, twice a day to start...seems like a lot, and it is, but once you get a handle on the symptoms, you may be able to back off a little.:)
