I am sorry, I think that a lot of us are on in a different time zone, or just don't stay up as late...
I hope that you are feeling better now (or sleeping) and that you were able to get through it allright. I am sorry that you had a rough time last night.:(
It seems as though you are finding some things out about
yourself however, and can avoid this trigger in the future.
It may be hard to find something positive about
anxiety when you are suffering...but it can steer us clear of situations, substances and people who are clearly not good for our mental and physical health.;)
Keep working on the things that are bringing you towards recovery...you will get there.
