Hello all. Wondering if anyone has had success conquering OCD and if so, how did you do it?? My compulsions are driving me crazy. It takes me sometimes 10 minutes to leave the house because of my "rituals". Everything I do involves these rituals. Showering, driving, eating, going to bed, you name it. I'm 33 and my compulsions started around the age of 12. They are just getting worse. Every day I say, OK I'm going to stop doing such and such ritual but then my anxiety is terrible if I don't do it. I don't even hide it from my husband and kids anymore. Needless to say they think I'm very weird!! I think if I could conquer OCD I'd be so much happier and less stressed. Anyone have any advice or recommendations??
