Hey guys, I just bought some St. John's wort for anxiety. I currently take a low dose of hydroxyzine and it seems to be getting less effective, so I'm trying herbs before I seek out other medications. I took some and it made me feel pretty good, but I have been reading that it can interfere with other medications. I take birth control so I'll be sure to use a backup method, but what about
vitamins, supplements, and other herbs? I was exposed to mold so I take a lot of things to help detox and I don't want to take something that's going to cancel them out.

You could check out this site...it says that it lists herbals as well as traditional meds...

Good luck!

Thanks! Unfortunately a lot of the stuff I take isn't listed on there but it showed no interactions between that and the hydroxyzine, which is good.
