Yes, I would say that if you are having longer periods of relief from your anxiety, and are better equipped to manage your stress in general, then that is certainly progress!
We all have times where the anxiety pops up unexpectedly, or is worse than usual for whatever reason...but it is our ability to deal with it that counts.
Keep using the coping mechanisms that are working for you...and keep posting here with us!
