First of a big welcome to the forum you have come to the right place to find support. Sorry to read you are having problems with anxiety it can be a real tough thing to deal with what I would suggest is you ask your doctor for some information regarding any kind of talking therapies you could do such as CBT or Mindfulness as these have great results in sourceing the issue and then teaching you copeing stratigies to deal with the anxiety so it does not rule your life as much.
Try and stay in the moment the best you can and take small steps each day and keep posting here we are a good support group and you will meet others who will be able to relate to what you are going through.
