I am sorry to hear of your troubles.:( It does sound as if you are under a lot of stress and as I am sure you know...this can cause us much anxiety.

Anxiety can bring on a suprising amount of physical symptoms. Chronic tension can cause our muscles to be sore, giving us random pains here and there. Stress and fear can also exacerbate pain, since there is a lack of good hormones such as endorphins, which act as natural pain blockers.

Since you are no doubt stressed and anxious, it is therefore not unusual for you to be experiencing pain...however, if you have not had a recent check-up with your doctor, it may be a good idea to do so. Ruling out any physical cause of a new symptom is always wise.

I hope that you can take steps to change your situation soon. Is it possible to get a referral to a therapist that you can work with? This is going to be crucial for your recovery, and may even help you to make the decision to change the way things are going in your marriage. You deserve to be treated well, and with help you can make the necessary changes for your well being!:)
