Thanks so much for the quick reply, it does give me a peace of mind. The only thing that really works is slow breathing and it doesent work everytime.
Since the chest pain started, every single sensation or new symptom i get sends me into full freak out and the stress hurts my chest even more thinking im having some kind of heart attack..i dont know how to relax or get my mind off it but ill search for those links, thanks
Also a new thing just happened an hour ago. I was sitting down completely relaxed and all of the sudden it felt like my heart stopped for a second. It felt heavy and it felt liked squeeze. It happened a second time after that and then again a few minutes later..it was insanely scary i need heeelp
