I am sorry to hear that your anxiety has ramped up lately.:( What sort of coping strategies do you use? Sometimes no matter what we practice, the anxiety and symptoms can get the better of us temporarily.
During these times, a change in routine can help. You may want to check out our Resource Guide (main page, 1st post) for some fresh ideas. You could also check out a couple of books from the library, or purchase a new CBT workbook/journal to help get you through this rough patch.
Adding in new things to your regular arsenal of anxiety management tools could be just the thing that can help you to turn this around.
