i have had this off and on for three years - and i have noticed it comes back more in the winter or when it turns cold. i have read and studied it for years and been to my primary care for it a few times. all he gave me were prescript
ion anti-infammatories which don't do much and don't prevent it from coming back.
i'm soooo frustrated by it because once i start an exercise regimen - it comes back and i feel so weak and mad i can't get in shape like i want to.
if anyone has any resolutions re having had it they can share - i would appreciate it. i want this gone for good :(
