Sinus Problems and Anxiety

Does anyone know if having lots of sinus pressure and problems can trigger more anxiety? I suffer from bad sinuses and when they really act up I feel a lot more anxious. Can anyone give me some feedback or advise? I would really appreciate it.

We have had quite a few posts on this here. Try doing a search here using the key words 'sinus' and 'anxiety' or maybe even sinus infection/pressure/panic...I am sure that you will find some good reading on this.

Have you ever asked your doctor about a netti pot? I have used this in the past...and I really should make a habit of it. If you haven't already, maybe look into it.:)
