:( Display,
I am so sorry that you are feeling so worried about these things at the moment. They are concerns that are certainly valid, so rest assured that everybody has worries of this nature...and it is normal to feel apprehensive about such things.
Sometimes when I am really anxious, I also subconsciously 'beat myself up about it'...in other words, I feel like I shouldn't be such a 'worry wart'...but in fact, worry at a reasonable level can help us with planning, preparation, adaptation and problem solving.
The key is to keep it to a reasonable level though...and that is where we with anxiety struggle!
One thing that helps me is to put a time limit on my 'worry sessions'. I will give myself a set amount of time to think/problem solve and even worry...then when time is up, I have to move on. When my mind tries to go back to worrying, I tell myself:
'It is not time to worry about that right now.' and get busy or distracted with something to take my mind off of the subject.
This takes a little practice, but it does work and help a lot.
Your situations are going to be okay. While dental work is no fun, you will get through it and do well with your new teeth...and once it's done, you have no more pain or worries...that will be a relief.
Your medications will hopefully get here on time. If you are really concerned that they won't...why not ask your doctor if he/she has any samples available to get you through the lapse time just in case.
Keep us updated on how you are doing. We are here for you and will be around for encouragement when needed:)
It will all work out for good.:)
