I am sorry to hear of your headache problems. It can certainly have an effect when you aren't feeling well everyday!
Tension and anxiety can certainly cause headaches...which then can cause more anxiety, which just keeps the pattern going.
A couple of ideas to try...
Progressive muscle relaxation exercises. You can find a link for these in our Resources. (and others on youtube)
Daily stretching and yoga
Visisting the Chiropractor
Theraputic massage
I would start with the muscle relaxation, stretching and yoga, as they are free and something you can do daily from home. Practice 2x a day for a week and see how you fee.
BTW, have you had your eyes checked, and do you wear glasses? Ruling out a vision problem is always good when dealing with chronic headaches as well.
