I have random pains here and there sometimes when moving...I think everyone does, and that those of us with anxiety just focus in on things more than most people...and then start to worry about
them.
I am sure that the more you focus on it, the more it will bother you, so trying to put it out of your mind will be your best bet. The more you can sucessfully not let it bother you, the less symptoms you are likely to have...reversing the cycle is tough, but not impossible.:)
I find positive mantras are the best for me in this situation...I just tell myself:
'I am okay, this is just anxiety making me feel this way.'
I don't know if this will work for you, but it's worth a try.:)
