Here is an article I found on 'heavy head' and anxiety. Apparently it is fairly common and linked to headaches. Do you also suffer migraines? I have them occasionally, but also have regular headaches and have the heavy head symptom without the headaches, but in conjunction with other anxiety symptoms.

To answer your question...I still get transient anxiety symptoms here and there. I have an occasional bad day sometimes...however, through the help of therapy (CBT) I have eliminated my panic attacks that used to happen daily...and I can now manage my anxiety well.:)
