I thought I might be able to offer a suggestion here.
There is a herb called passionflower.I have seen it available as a 500mg tablet from health food shops.Its very good for panic attacks.It needs to be taken for several days before it works properly.
There was a product here in australia called "Sedacalm".500mg.I took it for about a week then it started working.I took 3 a day.If you can find them you should really get the dose worked out so that you divide your tablets in half and take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 later in the day.
I found I was able to do a lot of things after the first week of taking it.I suggest you dont devote your life to taking it for years though.Use the time to find a practitioner who can help you get rid of panic attacks.Its basically a herbal sedative but you function better than on a prescription drug sedative.
