I would like to ask everyone this question:

Where are you from?

You can answer whatever makes you feel comfortable with.If you want to say which city,or maybe the region or country and so.Its up to you.I'll go first:

i'm great uncle bill, 63, from the mobile alabama area. retired from usaf and retired on social security. i'm new into this anxiety thing and learning alot by reading. with zoloft showing the way, i'm starting to believe anxiety is causing some things.

I am Teejaye Jeremia( my name)originally from the Caribbean ( small island called Dominica) not to be mistaken for the Dominican Republic but lives in Houston Texas. 4 kids and has anxiety while I was pregnant with my last daughter in 2011.

i have suffered anxiety for around 20years
going through a bad patch at the moment comming out of it with cymbalta

Hi Jennifer nice to see a fellow Aussie wow 20 years its so sad and sorry u are having a bad patch i have had a bad time of late to but i just keep saying it will pass hope u feel better soon.

I have anxiety...sometimes it kicks in high gear and sometimes I am fine~ middle gear at the moment I suppose becasue it has been worse. I have dealt with it on and off my whole life~

Hi, I am Dawn and I am from New Jersey.  I have suffered with anxiety and panic most of my life but consistant since I was 20 and I am now 43 1/2.  I was great on paxil cr for over 11 years but the last 3 months I am going through a difficult period.  thanks for all members support.

Hi, my name is Marc. I am a 70 year old male who lives in a small village in the Santa Cruz Mountains about halfway between San Francisco and Santa Cruz. I have only suffered from Anxiety and depression since June 18th 2012 when I was diagnosed with a heart condition known as Atrial Fibrillation. I have OCD and thus fixate on my condition. My anxiety often causes me to hyperventilate; which in turn causes bloating, belching, numbness in my face, and sometimes weakness in my legs.

I take 25 mg of Metoprolol twice a day, one Baby Aspirin before bed, Allopurinol for Gout, and Ativan for anxiety.
