I am not sure if this is what you mean or not...but sometimes when I am teaching, and all of my students, as well as a lot of their parents, are all looking at me...I have this thought 'What if I had a medical emergency/seizure/random health episode right here in front of everyone.'
My fears and anxieties are health focused, so it makes sense that I would tend to worry towards that suject...
...so I don't have the exact thought process as you...I never worry that I will do something crazy or outrageous, because I feel very much in control of my behavior...but the health thing is a different story! (everyone has their paticular/individual) fears
The health episode thing used to be a big fear for me...but since going through CBT...it is now just an occasional fleeting thought...ususally happening when I am stressed.
I am sure that your particular fears will also diminish as you go along in your treatment.
Know that you are not alone in this issue...also know that things will get better, and you will be able to enjoy a day of going out eventually without these unwanted thoughts and fears.:)
