Hello everyone!

I have been having a kind of rough night. I have been totally picking myself apart again. I have a doctor's appointment all the way up until april. I have had this lump which you all probably know about and its under my armpit, squishy and moves all over and is pretty big. It has been 2 years now with it. I have fatty underarms. I know I am fine but everytime I think about it I get hot and flushed, I need that reassurance from my doctor, I just wish I could see him sooner lol. I am fine otherwise though! I have been not checking my blood pressure, and just trying to keep myself busy! I checked my pulse today though, which I was shocked, I had not in a while and it was 74, which it has never been, really shows what not focusing on it will do!

It is such great news to hear of your progress! I am so happy and proud for you.:)

Even though you are going through a rough patch in regards to your appointment, and the worry about the lump...you have still made enormous improvement, and you should feel really good about that.

Everyone has that last hurdle that needs to be jumped after all...and everyone has specific fears. Even those without an anxiety disorder still have fears, right?

I used to get discouraged that after all the time and treatment I have gone through...that I still get nervous about medical appointments.

However, I look at what I have been able to overcome...daily panic attacks and debilitating health anxiety...the fact that I still get nervous about a doctor's appointment, is really not that big of a deal!

Keep up the good work. You are going to be absolutely fine...and improving all the time.:)
