Therapy

I'm happy to advise that I started therapy today. I'm hoping therapy helps me cope with my anxiety. I asked the therapist if I'm really screwed up and she smiled and said not at all. She says that there are a lot worst cases than mine. She told me I will start feeling well as soon as I open up. I hope she's right.

Therapy is great! I always feel better whenever I get done with therapy. My therapist works really well and in sync with me. Most of the time I feel like I'm bouncing ideas off a blackboard and it feels more like he is a confidant than a therapist...yet I still feel I'm relieving stress and tension whenever I have visits with him. It can take time to feel the change but going to therapy for 7-9 months really did the trick for me. I'm excited to get back into it as it's a great foundation to rely on for anxiety recovery.
