This is a topic that I haven't run across yet on here: many of you say that while it's probably anxiety, it doesn't hurt to ask a doctor what they think. Do you have a doctor that you go to regularly, like a family physician? Is (s)he aware of your anxiety? Does the doctor get irritated with you for coming in to check that things are okay? So far, my doctor is really great. He's done 5 or 6 panels of tests, all negative, and is still sending me around to specialists to try to figure something out. But if we don't, and he concludes that it's anxiety, I am going to be nervous to go back! I feel like I have to 'limit' my doctor and/or ER visits.
