I am sorry that you are feeling down. I think we all get into ruts and have times of drudgery, like you said. How long has this been going on? If it has been more than a couple of weeks, then maybe a call to your doctor or therapist would be in order. Perhaps a tweak in medication or a booster session (or more) of therapy could make a difference.
On the bright side...I didn't realize that you got a job!? That is great...though it is a lot of work...even too much at times, it is a job, and that is great! Congratulations!
Trying to list the good things in your life, making a gratitude list often helps us to see the positives in our situation. It is all to easy to focus on the negatives...so spend a few minutes each day naming things that bring you happiness, contentment, comfort and satisfaction.
Also, can you get out and do something social or fun as a reward for your hard work? Perhaps there are some things at your local community center or church...work related social events, local music/art shows?
Sometimes I think I am too tired to get out and do things, so I often don't...but when I do make the effort, I am always glad that I did.:)
