Anxiety is oppurtunistic and will kick us when we are down.
I think that most of us can agree that anxiety is worse when we are sick.
Being ill, tired, run-down or even hungry can be just the 'invitation' that our disorder needs to come back with a vengence!
It makes it harder to think rationally and use our tools when we are sick/weak. Give yourself some time to recover from your illness...and know that this kind of setback is common.
It is also something that you can bounce back from however once you feel better...and be stronger than ever.;)
