Anxiety and Panic Disorders

Hello I am very new to this. I have read some of the post and it seems as though people are very supportive on here so if it is ok i would like to share a part of my story. The first thread I read was about the physical part of a panic attact and I laughed only because I remeber how scary the first few were and they came on i would call for an ambulance because it hurt so bad. Then realizing what they were I became really depressed because then I had the feeling of being weak and that to was just not acceptable. I stil have really high crippling anxiety but the attact are less now. I take mendication for it as well as therapy and I am so glad that I found this site because beside my therapist I have no one to talk with and i have anyone that can understand the fear of the attact or the anxity so I jsut wanted to say thank you all for being here
