Hi,
I'm sorry your feeling so stressed out. From what I have read and
my own experience I know you have to go with it. If you fight it,
react to your reactions, it will just make it worse - that is don't
stress out about being stressed. Also, try to divert your attention,
if possible. No, its not easy, but it has worked for me. Take deep
breaths, too. Good luck.
