My PCP doesn't do phyc meds, I'm seeing a councelor. Last week she got me a appointment with doctor, I'll see what he says.

Well lets wait for that then. First road to recovery is to make sure that everything is ok physically. Try to stay positive:) and make sure to drink some water because dehydration can cause dizziness too.

Yeah, I know about
the water thing. Can't believe I've been dehydrated for 16 months.
