I'm not aware I'm doing shallow breathing whenever I feel panic attack is just around the corner. My body is anticipating the dreadful attack so it tends to do things to me that causes my body not to function well. Shallow breathing makes us feel lightheaded or feel faint. It's also when we are not breathing properly we are most vulnerable to panic attacks. I see people pass out whenever their loved ones get buried because of not breathing well. When I get panic attacks my heart rate and blood pressure rises and also have cold sweat. Don't worry some of us in this world gets hit by anxiety and will start to feel these unusual things that we never encountered before. People here in HW helps a lot in giving us advises on how we can beat this crap as they were already been there before. And you're not alone!
