This is going to be a great week.

Today I have had no Xanax and my session with my therapist went from a week to two weeks. I'm so excited!

Tomorrow is going to be even better because it's my birthday!

Hope everyone had a great Monday like I did!

We are glad that you have joined us...and happy to see you have made some great strides in your recovery! It is good news to see your need for meds decrease, and that you are still attending therapy, but needing a less intensive schedule.;)
