White lump on roof of mouth! Please help!

Hi guys I have a lump the size of say a meatball on the roof of my mouth at the back last night I thought oh just my glands playing up because that's what I Feel like it is as I can't swallow or cough without pain but today I realised the lump and I'm in agony with it! I don't know if I'm in the right forum but I'm panicking and really scared someone please help!

It go's without saying You need a doctor, or a dentist that does sugery, I had one once it was just an
assist from eating something that injured my mouth, it was lanced in office, drained, and got well, that
was over 40 years ago.

I've been kicked out of my doctors last week because I moved and same with the dentist! I suffer from really bad toothache and I think that may be part of it? I'm hoping to find a drop in doctors tomorrow but I would just love some relief to sleep or a cure?

Pure vanilla extract it taste's like hell but kills pain, or the new oragel works perfect.

You can try some Orajel or other over the counter mouth pain relief medicine for tonight...but I agree with Larry...try to get into a doctor A.S.A.P.
