I feel car sick sometimes too during the middle of the day or at odd times. I know it is my anxiety & panic but it's very difficult to throw off and move along. I"ve been trying to manage my anxiety since 5AM and it's 7:30AM. I'm making slow but steady progress but that nauseous feeling is still in my stomach.
Like Scaredy Cat says, CBT is good. I've been doing it for about a week now and had three really good days in a row. This morning I'm feeling nauseous and un-motivated but I know as soon as I get out the door and going I'm in for another great day!
Keep your head up, I know exactly what you are talking about. It is so tough and challening but you will feel better.
