i really need help tonight!!!!

I have been having really bad anxiety like i stated in my other post but tonight i have a new symptom i have these wierd body tremors like shaking if you were really cold. Is that normal? Please help? I need advice im freaking out!

Yes, it sounds like you are experiencing a panic attack. My hands get cold, clammy and sweaty and I tremble when I get anxiety & panic coming on. This is totally and completely normal side-effect of panic attacks. Do not freak out, there's nothing special to freak out about here. I get the same thing and many others do.

If you do not have quick relief as in medication to stave off the panic and calm down, I recommend a freezing cold shower.

In any event, this panic will pass and you will be fine. Give it time, and you will feel right again with yourself. It's just a wave and no matter how much it pisses you off now or makes you uncomfortable, it will go away.

Tell yourself "I am calm and peaceful" and believe it.

Thanks so much i was about to fall asleep and i got a feeling like i was cold and then started shaking and couldnt stop. I feel a little better now just have nausea and feel a little off still. I dont have meds im waiting on my appointment for that and therapy. Hope they help.

Therapy will do wonders for you, I'm sure. The meds are nice to have in the back pocket just in case.

I still feel a little on edge but i dont have that tremor so im glad.

I shake or get tremors sometimes when having a attack. I never worried about them cause I usauly felt so bad in other ways that they were the last of my worries. Hope this helps.

That is a very good point it is nowhere near as scary as feeling like you will pass out. smilewinkgrin
