Shaking between Thumb and Palm area of right hand

Hey,

So I've been getting these like twitches in my hand between my thumb and palm area that last for like a minute and have been happening a few times an hour. I put my hand in my ear and I hear really fast beats, but it's not my heart.

Anyone know what this is?

Mark, many of the med that PAD users take have an effect on our nervous system, good or bad, I just
realized the other day that a feeling in my hand and forehead that felt like a fly walking was med induced.
In short as my Granddad use to say "too far from your heart to kill you". I don't even worry about pain if its
not in a serious place. Good luck!

As Larry said, surely nothing to worry about.:)

...could also be something as easily explained as needing some extra potassium...try eating some potatoes and/or bananas.

Most likely though it is just a result of an over active nerve. I have had random twitches here and there that come and go.

...annoying but harmless. Of course when we are anxious, everything seems threatening and makes us go on high alert.

Do some muscle relaxation exercises, it will help to relax you.;)

Okay thanks a lot!

I just get so worried about everything, I was actually thinking of going to the ER. But i took my Rivotril and feel slightly better. It's giving me this weird feeling in my head too, maybe I need to wait till i adjust to the medicine?

I have twitches in my lower eyelid.Muscle twitches in my biceps and gastrocnemius. It feels more like a pulsation but is not in synced with my heartbeat than a jolt kind of twitch. I also have some twitches in my abdomen but I'm not sure if it's my intestines or muscle part that is twitching. I also have some muscle twitches in my chest. I had some of them yesterday and even before but they are more likely to happen when my health anxiety developed.
