Headaches and anxiety go hand in hand. It is most likely nothing to be concerned about
.
Losing sleep can just add to the tension and pain. Try doing some breathing/stretching and relaxation exercises and see if that helps to relieve it.
If it continues, or gets worse, you could call your doctor to see if he/she could recommend something...or if you should be checked out for the possibility of a migraine...but this will probably subside on its own.
I have had many headaches from anxiety and tension.
I hope that you feel better soon.

Rissa, I find one of the hardest things to deal with concerning my anxiety is dealing with the "what if" scenarios that pop up in my head while I'm doing or thinking about something. I suspect that is what you are going through right now. I struggle with these things almost daily. It’s easy to say don’t be afraid, or have more self-confidence or to not think about the worst case. It’s easy to say don’t dwell on the what-if’s. But the truth is the application can be much more difficult. But maybe a good start is to simply work on turning our “what-if’s” around and shine the light of positivity on them. Remember you can always call you clinic and talk with the triage nurse who will advise you if the headache continues to be a concern for you. Kindly, Kitt

My headaches always seem to feel a little different each time, if it's just the changing sensation that is scaring you. :)
These guys above gave great advice!
