It starts out so bad and feels so overwhelming but its temporary. Inside you are still you. Take the advice and start CBT now. It is a powerful way to overcome anxiety and panic if you don't want meds. I'm living proof of CBTs benefits, many other people here are too.
It must be a tough job being a young parent, I'm 33 and having my first in a few months. I admire you for being a parent at your age, what a wonderful blessing!
CBT is the place to start, research anxiety and panic, research CBT, research guided relaxation, yoga is helpful. Anxiety can have a powerful grip on our minds, these things will help you.
