Well my personal opinion is that soda is not good for you. Its loaded with sugar and some contain caffeine. I don't personally drink soda, but I know that caffeine has shown to increase anxiety in those of us sensitive to it. I am proof :) Major reason I don't drink soda, aside from the fact it can cause major weight gain due to sugar content.
When I drink caffeine I begin to get shaky, real anxious and my stomach cramps up majorly. So yes, I can tell a major difference with caffeine vs. no caffeine. Everyone reacts differently to it though. I would just recommend staying away from high amounts of it and if your an avid soda drinker, choose like a Sprite, Mugs rootbeer or any of the others without caffeine every once and a while.
