All alone by myself

For the first time Iam all alone by myself in the house(Lord help me) so Iam sure I will be on here to keep myself busy,just because my life has came to a hard time. I can't be selfish& let everybody else(my mom) I was to go to play games tonightn but took my half of buspirone to calm down. S+*t started to run through my head(must retrain my mind) but the thought of not wanting to die this way&what if I die this way¬ yet lived my best life yet. I hope Iam not getn on yall nerv but this site is helping me stay out the hospital, and some what sain so if you pray say a prayer for my peace tonight all alone by myself.

First of all You are never alone, and we will Pray for You! Forgive me but I don't know if you are male or
Female and have no idea of your age. I am male age 71, suffered with PAD since I was 48 it was very bad
in the beginning but God saw me through and He will You as well. Have you been to a doctor yet, are You
on any meds, some people try to get through this without them but I don't think its worth the effort, there
are a lot of them to choose from, and everyone is a little different. They do allow a person to get some
rest and regroup which is very important. Visit here and post as often as you want or need we are a rather
loose knit type of family and the people here genuinely care about each other, "You are not bothering anyone, we would rather have you here than feeling abandoned, so don't worry". Share anything You are
comfortable with, Peace!

I have death anxiety sometimes too and I will think about dying this way or that. It's the same as when my mind conjures up scenes of my little ponies & bubbles - it's all nonsense. Yes it is irritating but don't feed it anything, just keep going on with your life. And know that a lot of people have the same types of thoughts, while most people just brush them off, folks like us tend to stop ourselves and wonder why we thought that.

Just let it go, you might start thinking of ponies & bubbles too but that doesn't mean they are going to show up on your porch.

I know how scary it can be, and glad you have some distraction techniques. I like cooking or doing something repetitive like making dumplings or solitaire.
