Hello everyone...I just found this site today and I'm very thankful I did. Trying to explain to family what I go through is very difficult. They just don't understand and I hope they never have to. There are days that I feel like I'm going crazy...remember to breath like this count from here put my mind in a happy place..so many things to do to help pass the attack it seems like it puts me in one trying to remember all the techniques.
I do have a serious question for the ladies...I've been keeping track for 3 months now and have decided that the week before and the week of my cycle the panic feeling seems worse...does anyone have this same issue?

I am the opposite end of the universe from a Lady, I'm a dom, but for your information I have read where
many of the Ladies have strong suspicions of hormones playing heck with their anxiety. Peace!

Considering mine is postpartum I am going with the idea that YES hormones play a HUGE part in this!!! Prior to this pregnancy I never had anxiety. Now it tries to consume my life, but I'm working REALLY hard to not let it!!!
I'm glad u found this forum!!! It has helped me a lot!!!

Just a quick summary about
me...was diagnosed with ptsd in 07 after my husband passed away I've been panic free for 4 yrs. Now but have since been rediagnosed with ptsd after a break with my ex fiance and he broke into my home and attacked me. I admitted myself to the hospital in April and have been on daily meds. Since. I seem to do well 2 1/2 weeks out of the month but I've noticed the panic change before and during.

Yes my anxiety does get worse. My PMS starts over a week before I start. So I'm a mess for a good 2 weeks out of the month. Aside from random attacks.
