Hey everyone hope you are all as well as you can be,
I haven't been around much lately as I am happy to say I'm leading a normal life most of the time again, I even went on holiday in may and recently back at work!
Ok so here's the problem so my anxiety came from exactly 1 year ago this month I had severe chest pain and was dignosed with costochondritis, an inflamitry condition which caused me great anxiety and made me believe I had a heart problem.
My toughest sympton was definetly palpitations they completely terrified me and were the cause of many hopeless weeks lying in bed living in constant worry, obvcourse now I realise the vicious circle and how I was feeding them, but anyway now after seeing my doctor every 2 weeks and being on a beta blocker I can happily say I am understanding and working through my anxiety but here's the problem!
Ok so stimulation!! Any time I feel over exerted in any way my palpitations start up quite bad! In general I am not completely palp free but just the odd flutter maybe daily or every couple of days if I am very lucky but it just seems like any time I do anything these start again, they are particularly bad after exersise if I am laughing or any strong emotion, I blush to say it but after sex with my partner they are terrible!
I do remember mentioning this a while ago but I was such a mess at the time I don't remember!
I have my own little conclution and I'd really appreciate ur thoughts/ opinions,
So after a year of being plaged with anxiety I assume my body is so used to releasing adrenaline at every worry panic situation and for a long time the only feelings and emotions I have were negitive ones, but now I am turning things around my body could be releasing too much adreniline other negitive chemicals even when its been stimulated with good emotions?
Guys I'm not even sure if that makes any sence lol but anyone who could give me a bit of advise I'd realy appreciate, also starting on my yoga again to try stay relaxed and possitive I feel so held back by these horrible things :(

Yay for so much progress Jenna!!
Seems to be some good old fashioned adrenaline is probably in line after vigorous exercise, romantic or otherwise. I am slowly realizing a lot of my normal body responses have been misinterpreted by myself as anxiety-related or in some way abnormal (like right now I'm worried about
why I'm so tired but its probably just because I'm bored at work which is a totally normal reason to be tired but the mind makes its own interpretations sometimes) I don't have much of a heart palpitation problem but any type of exercise really gets my heart going.
I did have palpitations after going to the dentist once and getting an injection of adrenaline which kind of freaked me out a little bit so never dealt with palpitations all the time! Must be terribly unpleasant.
Hope you are feeling better soon!

Jenna:I have them all the time I guess I just quit paying any attention, they don't bother me anymore, I noticed
that the way I have my head turned makes a difference. Peace.
