Exactly! The more that we worry about
those symptoms though the more persistent they are. We need to label it as "anxiety" from the get go and not give it the power to make us scared. If you have been checked out medically and everything was fine, then don't "what if" the symptom into something that it is not.
I give this advice, but I have to work better on it myself! I know its what I need to do, just a little easier said than done. We will all overcome this!
