Overcome

Today when I woke up,I told the Lord thank you like every other day he gives me,something about today made me feel more grateful then ever yes my mind can be my worse enemy at time. And my over thinking out of no where makes my mind race,the,point it looks dark&gloomy on a sunny day but today I had to find joy. As I could hear a small voice say. Even through the fight&hard times&many sleepless nights I got you,I know what you can handle&you don't I know it was God& all I can see is Him making me better&stronger for my greater. I started today on my month off give up something,this is week one no sodas for Iam also looking for it to he lp better my health. I have took the time to read everyones advice on here&Iam gtateful for you all&Larry you just don't know how much you help me to overcome thed right now thank you much.
