The fact that Iam 28& been going throug for a min&this lil set back today is scary&Iam asking myself,will I make it through this how can I get to a point where every lil shake&something feels wrong don't scare me. How do I get to the point been trying to do it on my own. But see now that Iam in need of major help I can't keep going this way&down this road,been in two diffrent hispitals to end up going home on the 4th day. But that to me just wasn't long enough would start to feel better around the 4day,one of thw hospitals I went to have a LCA program longtime care. For 90days.,But I had a friend that was in there&she just sound bad the wholle time she was in there. I don't know what to do so have anybody,heard/know of a rehab like type place that treats anxiety&panic. There is a lil bit more to go with this but I don't want to share,it's way to harsh just know it's bad I want to go into a place where I can take my perfumes&make-up a home away from home like place si if anyone knows one please fill me in thanka alot.

I think whether or not you have a good experience often has to do with whether you want to be there.

I'm not sure about the makeup and perfume thing. I'd think anywhere might not want you to bring perfume in consideration of other people's allergies.

I have several very dear friends who went through in-patient treatment and it was a positive experience for them. If you feel that you need to do that, I hope you can find somewhere you're comfortable with.

Sorry that I'm unable to make a specific recommendation since I don't know where you are and wouldn't be familiar with your area. I would recommend looking for websites for different places and seeing what you can learn about them.

Dear Soul wish I could help but I just don't know of any that are not lock downs and I know you don't want
that. I do know that You are a Believer so I will Pray for You to find the Total Commitment to Christ that is
needed to defeat the fear of death, This is the only power that PAD has over us, once it is broken You will
be stronger than the anxiety! Peace.

I don't know where you are located, so I was going to suggest starting with your local hospital...but I see that you have been down that road already.

I can only suggest looking into NAMI and inquiring about the nearest help center for you, to meet your needs. Here is the general website for this great organization.
