Hi Skye.;)
I am so sorry that you are suffering with these palp fears right now.
I remember having more pronounced pvc activity during my pregnancies. It is very hard to ignore and not worry about, I know.
You have a few things that are coming together here to create contributing anxiety to your situation...
For one, pregnancy can cause extra worry for you and your baby...the reponsibility of carrying life, plus the hormone overload often leaves us vulnerable.
Also the acid reflux, and baby pressure in the upper abdomen adds to the number and severity of the palps. Even though these are benign...they certainly feel serious when you are experiencing these during late gestation.
I am really glad that you are going through CBT. I can't tell you how much it helped me! Keep up the good work...it takes time, but is so worth it!
