Update

So yesterday I believe I posted that I was about to have a panic attack and decided to take half of my Xanax pill and it worked like a charm. Today was pretty good I went to a grad party for my cousin and I did have some on and off anxiety but started to losen up a bit. When we were leaving I was about to have a panic attack but I fought it off without meds which was a win and then listened to my music. The majority of symptoms today were some flutters like one palp muscle tension and trouble breathing. I got a wedding next Saturday and am worried that I won't be able to dance much because I got my heart rate up a bit today and I felt like I was gonna have a panic attack and that's when I had the palp and some anxiety symptoms. If I need to I will use a Xanax and hopefully that will help me out a bit.

Yeah I told myself hey your fine Josh your just having anxiety and anxiety can do crazy stuff to your body to mess with your mind but it's noting to worry about. And yes it is a comfort but I only had it once so don't know entirely what it's capable of.

Thanks you! Ill still be praying to The Lord to help me out though cuz I can't do this by myself. I need to ask him to give me strength this next week and weekend. I hope this anxiety can go down by next weekend.
