I mean, thank you very much for your support :) I've been reading a lot of the posts, I'm on here a lot of the time, and it's really nice to see how everyone is getting a long, and really good when I hear everyone is getting a long well :) Though I know it is not that straight simple, and things can be difficult for people sometimes. Hope you are well Larry, is lovely to hear from you :)

You are not putting anything on any of us. We are your anxiety support family, and would be upset if you suffered in silence alone!!!  Please don't apologize...this is what this place is all about.;)

We are glad that you feel comfortable coming here to air your feelings. I do the same, and so do others!

Always know that you are an important part of this community, and we are glad that you have chosen us to be a part of your recovery. :)

I read your posts. Firstly, like S.C. said, please don't feel bad for venting here!

I am confident that you can work your way through this anxiety about responsibility.

It's important to recognize your successes and build on them, rather than focusing on your failures and letting them crush you at work, if you're able to find a way to do that. I'm sure you're more than competent, you just need to remind yourself that you are!

Hugs to you, friend! You're not at all in the wrong place for this, as far as I am concerned! Sorry I wasn't online to respond earlier. :)

HappyBean,

Trust that you are not alone in you feelings that everything has gone wrong.  My days are one big mess and even though I feel I am a strong person I keep falling apart to the point where I am heading back to therapy.

It is ok to be in a dark place but keep your eye on the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for your kind replies. I do see what you mean Kitt. I am sorry for the situation you are in Kitt, I hope that you get better soon! And yes, it is very important to remember that light at the end of the tunnel.

I have had a good day and I have my session this afternoon. :)

You know, back in my pageant days, we smeared our teeth with petroleum jelly to make our lips slip back into a bigger smile/easier smile. Maybe you need to start smearing your teeth with vaseline!

(Totally kidding, tastes awful, pretty sure it's unhealthy, hoping to make you laugh but I'm a pretty terrible comic. haha)

I haven't try the petroleum jelly, but I haven't needed it much today, managed to have a few jokes, but also be serious and concentrate on my work, so I haven't done half bad :)

...ahh yes, also, I did not leave work too late, so I managed to get to the park in the sunshine, tried to relax a little and not think too much, the birds were singing, it sure was pretty nice, flowers and trees around :)

Wow! That sounds fabulous ~ and like more reasons to smile. You can probably leave that petroleum jelly securely in the medicine cabinet. Sounds like you're on the right track without it! Glad to hear it! :D
