Looking for alternative medication than adderall

I have been taking adderall for a while and recently stopped due to the side effects of appetite and weight loss. I also binge smoke and I want to quit and can't while on adderall.

Is there an adhd medication out there that doesn't cause appetite and weight loss and also doesn't provide that euphoria that causes me to want to smoke?

Hi sam and welcome to the A/P.

I am sorry to hear of your Rx trouble. This is, I understand, a common issue with ADHD meds.

I don't know if you have checked out any similar forums...but it may be worth it. (I did a google search on 'ADHD medications that do not suppress appetite')

Oh I know...it is just that in reading the posts on that site...they mentioned the other smoking...and I don't want any members to get confused on their rules vs ours! No worries.:)
